Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Member") and Robinson Global Consulting, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, doing business as "Retired and Realizing" and operating under the broader "RGC by Geezell" brand umbrella ("Company," "RNR," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website located at retiredandrealizing.com, our free Facebook Group, our TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels to the extent they link back to our owned properties, our email newsletter, and any other service, content, or feature we make available now or in the future (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service — including by browsing the website, submitting the newsletter or contact form, downloading a free resource, or joining the Facebook Group — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, you do not have permission to access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Currently Available:

• Free content: blog articles, TikTok videos, and social media content published under the Retired and Realizing brand
• An email newsletter, which you join voluntarily by providing your name (optional) and email address
• Free downloadable resources and guides
• A contact form for direct inquiries, and a "Suggest a Resource" submission form
• A private Facebook Group, which currently serves as our primary community hub

Planned Future Offerings: We may, at our discretion and without obligation, introduce paid offerings in the future — including a recurring Community Membership, paid digital guides or mini-courses, cohort programs, and 1:1 coaching or consulting sessions.

Changes: We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or reprice any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for the newsletter, submit the contact form, download a resource, or join the Facebook Group. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts and Registration

The Service does not currently require you to create an account on retiredandrealizing.com itself. Joining the Facebook Group requires a Facebook account, which is subject to Meta's own registration requirements. If we introduce an on-site account system or membership portal in the future, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; to keep any login credentials confidential; and to be responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Free Resources and Downloads

When you download or access a free guide, workbook, or other resource through the Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that resource for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or create derivative works from any resource without our prior written consent.

6. Future Paid Offerings

Recurring Billing: If we launch a paid, recurring Community Membership, by purchasing it you will authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to automatically charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.

Auto-Renewal Disclosure: Any such Membership will be a SUBSCRIPTION WITH AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. It will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. If we materially increase the Membership price, we will provide advance notice before the new price takes effect on your account.

Cancellation: You will be able to cancel a Membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@retiredandrealizing.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. The Facebook Group (Primary Community Hub)

Our community currently lives primarily in a private Facebook Group, hosted entirely on Meta's platform. The Facebook Group is not part of retiredandrealizing.com; it operates under Facebook's own Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Privacy Policy. We do not control Facebook's platform, uptime, algorithms, moderation systems, or data practices, and we are not responsible for Facebook's acts, omissions, outages, or policy changes.

We may approve, decline, remove, mute, or ban any member from the Facebook Group at our sole discretion, for any reason, including violations of the community standards described in these Terms.

8. User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the User Content you post or submit. By posting or submitting User Content, you grant Robinson Global Consulting, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

Content Standards: You agree not to post or submit User Content that is harassing, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, threatening, promotes violence or illegal activity, infringes another person's rights, impersonates any person, constitutes unsolicited advertising, or shares another Member's personal information without their consent.

9. Newsletter, Contact Form, and Resource Requests

When you sign up for the newsletter, submit the contact form, request a free resource, or submit a "Suggest a Resource" form, we collect the information you provide. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

By signing up for the newsletter or submitting the contact form, you consent to receive email communications from us, including newsletters, resource follow-ups, and marketing, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in each email.

We aim to respond to contact form inquiries within 48 hours, and up to 72 hours during peak periods. This is an operational goal, not a contractual service-level commitment.

10. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer

Results are not typical. Any testimonials, success stories, or outcomes shared on the Service reflect the real, individual experiences of the people who shared them. They are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your results will depend on many factors unique to you, including your effort, circumstances, timing, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

11. Not Professional Advice

Geezell is not a licensed therapist, medical provider, or financial advisor. Content on the Service is drawn from Geezell's own 26-plus years of lived experience and is offered for informational, educational, and community-support purposes only. It is not, and should not be treated as, medical advice, mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, or individualized financial or investment advice.

Nothing on the Service creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or financial-advisor-client relationship between you and Geezell, Robinson Global Consulting, LLC, or any contributor to the Service.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or seek immediate care from a licensed professional — do not rely on the Service for emergency support.

12. Affiliate Relationships and Disclosures

The Service may contain affiliate links, including links to products featured on PurrTux.net and other third-party retailers. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we believe add genuine value to this community, but we do not independently verify every claim made by third-party sellers, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of third-party products purchased through affiliate links.
