Three live sessions. Three hours across three days. A small group of ten to fifteen people who gave years of their lives to public service and are now standing on the other side of it, figuring out what comes next.

This is live only — by design. Because what I built this for does not happen in a recording. It happens in a real room, with real people, in real time. The moment when someone says something true and the people around them exhale because they lived the same thing. That is the thing. And you cannot get that from a video you watch alone later.

I built this small on purpose. Ten to fifteen people. That is the whole list. And when those seats are gone, they are gone.

Why I'm Doing This

I have said it before and I will say it again because it is the truest answer I have:

This is exactly what I needed and wish I had when I retired. Somewhere I could join, a small group, and share with others who get it — without having to explain every single detail. A group that was free.

That room did not exist for me. I built it for you. For free. Because I remember what it felt like to be on the other side of the badge, looking for this, and coming up empty.

I do not want you to come up empty.
